Claims and Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be made by the original purchaser of the item.

2. Return Period

Items must be shipped back to us no later than 7 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In his original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free fro. damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
  • In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear, swimwear or accessories) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Return and costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items you should send on the adress of the company.

5. Refund process

Once we receive and inspective returned item:

  • A refund will be issued for the full purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method 
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed

6. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and description of the issue.

A response to the complaint will be provided within 14 days fro the date of submission of the complaint.

If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired or replaced with new, full-value goods. If this is not possible, we will refund the price of the goods or offer you a choice of other goods available in the store.
